Welcome to CONNECTIONS–Pediatric Therapy and Learning Center’s Extended Intervention Program!
You can turn to our Connections Program when your child needs specialized developmental support beyond their weekly therapy sessions. Our on-site and in-house trained Connections Providers offer individualized sessions under the recommendations of your child’s in-house therapist(s).
Our Connections Program provides additional 1-on-1 sessions with support personnel that are trained by our therapists. These services are NOT billable to insurance. To be eligible for this service, your child must receive speech, occupational, or feeding therapy from one of our providers. These sessions can be added on to your child’s therapy sessions or can occur at a different time of day.
Connections sessions provide extra practice in areas such as engagement, peer interactions, transitions, following along with routines, need for additional intense movement, or participating in multi-step activities (such as art or science projects). If you are interested in this service and your therapist recommends it, we will propose a plan and collaborate with you regarding how many sessions your child could benefit from and what those sessions should focus on.
